Our target
Saint Lucia Policy Analysis aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. It is a target, not a claim that every page and document currently conforms.
What the site supports
- Keyboard navigation, skip links and visible focus.
- Responsive text and layouts that reflow as the page is enlarged.
- Alternative text for published photographs and meaningful interface graphics.
- Reduced-motion preferences and light, dark and reading-view controls.
- Source links and text explanations alongside complex research graphics.
Known limitations
Some complex charts, maps and experimental tools need further screen-reader and high-zoom testing. The core findings and sources remain available in surrounding text or tables where provided.
Three older PDFs are not tagged for screen readers. Complete HTML editions are now available for Beyond the First Ripple, the RIPPLE-4 Policy Thinker’s Field Guide and the Canelles Resort CIP Investigation. The PDFs remain available as the original page-layout editions.
Report a problem or request another format
Email editor@saintluciapolicy.org with the page or file URL, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered and the format you need. SLPA aims to acknowledge accessibility requests within five working days.
Assessment and review
The current review covers source-level accessibility checks, automated build checks and manual keyboard inspection of representative page patterns. Screen-reader, 400% zoom and downloadable-document testing remain in progress.
