What you can search
The government archive is rich enough to support a useful public tool. Its deepest weakness is still structural: notices, awards and contract facts often appear as separate publications without one stable process identifier. This release keeps the original pages, builds cautious connections and shows every unresolved stage.
Search titles, agencies, suppliers and public references across all 840 indexed Finance publications.
Raw source wording remains availableWhere the evidence supports it, an award opens with earlier notices under one SLPA process identifier.
70 high-confidence and 3 review-supported linksSupplier, price, dates, duration, method and competition fields retain a direct route to the publication used.
Official source firstPlanning, amendments, signed contracts, delivery milestones and payments can be added as primary records become public.

Records matched across official sources
These examples are kept outside the 840-page Finance totals unless the Finance page itself is part of the match. They show how exact references can connect government and formal financier publications without treating repeated copies as independent confirmation.
The Finance archive holds the specific procurement notice. A separate Government of Saint Lucia publication supplies the award, evaluated firms, rejection reason, contract prices and duration.
An exact reference connects Finance solicitation 570 to Finance award 665. The government consultancy page separately publishes the signed date, final price, duration and scope.
Finance award 814 and a Government of Saint Lucia award page carry the same reference, supplier and signed contract price. No separate solicitation is inferred for the direct-selection record.
The exact Lot 3A reference was not matched in the audited Finance archive. The government award page and Caribbean Development Bank award document publish the bids, winner, price, commencement and duration.
Fields published on award pages
Each rate below uses the 152 reviewed award pages as its denominator. It measures disclosure in this published subset, not procurement quality, legal compliance or national spending coverage.
Method and evidence boundary
Source authority, record completeness and relationship confidence are never collapsed into one score.
Who published the fact: the government procurement portal, another government page, a formal financier or a regional procurement platform.
Answers: where did this come from?Which fields and documents were actually located for this publication, including supplier, value, dates, duration and competition information.
Answers: what does this source disclose?Whether two publications share an exact reference, were confirmed through a reviewed project match, need review or remain unlinked.
Answers: how sure is this relationship?A media report, supplier announcement or commercial tender listing may reveal a useful lead. A fact enters the explorer only when SLPA can connect it to a primary government, buyer, financier or formal procurement-platform record. Multiple websites repeating one document count as multiple publication locations, not independent confirmation. Contact details and unsuccessful individual bidders are not republished as profiles.
